A basic skills level where operators with minimum experience are able to fell and process trees up to 380mm size; undertake operational & safety checks; safely cross-cut timber under guide bar size & remove branches; safely take down a hung-up tree without a winch and demonstrate an understanding of relevant underpinning knowledge of health, safety and good practice.
